Handcrafted dolls have become the artform in which I work, but this was not always the case. Barely in my teens, I made my first dress. As a young woman, some of my children's clothes and dolls were handmade by me, and as a middle aged woman, I made dolls of every kind in all mediums for my grandchildren. Beyond my middle age, I now have the time to hand-craft original custom soft-sculpture dolls for doll collectors, personalized holiday gifts, and other special occasions.
